It’s a pain in the ass to do zoom on your phone or iPad, and since all work/ medical/ schooling/ social calls for months on end will be via zoom or some sort of video conferencing software … it’s a hell of a lot easier to have that all in one on your actual computer. Ive taken a bit of time off of social media… it was really just overwhelming me and that was kicking the anxiety into full effect.
