The Song We Can’t Get Out Of Our Head And The Genderless Dreamboat Who Sings It

There’s something so familiar about the way Eliot Sumner sings and emotes that makes you question their lineage (s/he doesn’t go by a gender, and prefers they as pronoun.) You’d be right to wonder, Eliot is Sting’s daughter.  And honestly, we were never particularly that into Sting. But Eliot. This isn’t music, this is church. This is otherworldly magic. Formerly of  pop band “I Blame Coco” and known as a DJ in Europe, Eliot’s newest project is under their birth name.  Try not to be obsessed over this song. Try not to obsess over Eliot’s oozing sexiness. You’d have to be blind not to swoon. The moody, dreamscape of this song (and the rest of this record) will transport you to another time, without acid or airplanes. This song pulls the muscles from your body and the heart from your chest.
