GF VEGAN BAKED CAULIFLOWER BUFFALO WINGS
♥️ Ingredients Needed ♥️
– one whole head of cauliflower
– 3.5 cups super fine almond flour or chick pea flour
– 1 tablespoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– .5 teaspoon cayenne powder or paprika
– 1.5 cup of non dairy milk of choice
♥️ DIRECTIONS ♥️
• pre heat oven to 425 degrees
• wash and cut whole cauliflower head into wing shaped shaped pieces
• for batter mix 2 cups of super fine almond flour with
– 1 tablespoon pink salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– .5 teaspoon cayenne or paprika
whisk in 1.5 cup of non dairy milk of choice, I use oat milk, mix thoroughly
• set aside 1.5 cup of sifted almond flour
• dip each piece into the batter, shake excess off and then roll into dry almond flour and place on baking sheet greased with non dairy butter or oil of choice
• bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden (bottom should have a nice brown crust)
• take out of oven and use spatula to remove and place on serving platter
• drizzle heavily with buffalo sauce of choice, I used steve and ed’s
• garnish with either diced red onion, scallion, parsley or all 3 :) serve with a side of daiya vegan bleu cheese
