This year has been rough for all of us. With Dump in office, women coming forward to tell their tales of abuse at the hands of powerful men, and natural disasters destroying so many lives – this Valentine’s day should be used as a time to be used to celebrate love. So – do get or craft the person you love a little something – we all need to be reminded of the love that remains despite dark times. And we also need to remind ourselves, to love ourselves. So often we look for love in the outside world and are disappointed, forgetting that there’s a whole lot of love right inside our own hearts! It can be difficult, especially if you’re just out of a relationship, to feel a sense of self-love, but no matter what phase of life you’re going through, you deserve to love yourself a little bit more.
