An Italian ice cream craftsman living in Gdynia, Poland randomly sees a copy of Earthlings with his wife. They both go vegan overnight. His passion for ice cream (traditional gelato) doesn’t trump his disdain for the dairy industry, so he teaches himself how to make vegan gelato and opens a small shop. Apparently his gelato is so absurdly good that people from all over Europe travel to try it.
