This shimmery twist on the classic smoky eye look is great for any eye color, and borderline fool-proof. It reminds us of Brooke Shields, circa hairy eyebrows, and sort of makes us long for Cavariccis. Note, we said sort of.
Watch GirlieGirl Army / Ethical Bella correspondent Annabella Asvik show us exactly how to do it;
Inspired by the Brian Reyes fall/winter runway makeup (photo above,) we created a bronze goddess look with non-toxic, eco and cruelty-free Ecco Bella cosmetics. You can buy the shades at eccobella.com. Here’s how you can create this look:
1. Sweep brown eyeliner over the lid, into the crease and blend with brush to soften.
2. Line inside lower lid with eyeliner.
3. Apply a burgundy rose blush in the eyelid crease heavily and blend with brush into eyeliner.
4. Apply a khaki eyeshadow to eyelid.
5. Apply galaxy eyeshadow (a green/ gunmetal combo color) underneath lower lashes.
6. Apply heather eyeshadow under brow bone to highlight.
7. Apply black mascara.
8. Brush heather eyeshadow under brow to highlight.
9. Bronze skin with bronzer. Note! Ecco Bella products are concentrated because they are a mineral makeup with no talc to buffer, so tap brush before applying the bronzer to remove any excess.
10. Dust cheeks with Sunflower Bronzer to accentuate cheek bone.
11. Line lips with neutral lipliner and apply gloss.
This look reminds us of Kelly LeBrok in her most gorgeous of hay-days. More is more, darlings.
