We are loving on this new service, which allows you to consign your gently used designer items with D.R.O.P, a full service designer resale program, with a free nationwide pick up service. Make room in your closet and earn cash with your gently used designer clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories.
How it works? Their fee is 40% of sales, they take care of all expenses and listing fees, including shipping. D.R.O.P sells on eBay, Amazon, Facebook and host a series of pop up stores a few times a year. Of course, you could always save yourself the fee and do it all yourself, but who has time for all that? And there are always local re-sale shops, but they don’t pick up (oy, those lines at Beacon’s Closet!) and offer as many ways to expose your items to potential buyers. We checked out their eBay shop and were bummed/ repulsed to see a rabbit fur jacket and leather, but hopefully as us compassionistas catch wind of this service, it will fill up with more vegan-friendly items!
