Most Doctors Don’t Know Much About Nutrition, But These Doctors Do

In medical school, doctors often receive less than 20 hours of nutritional training, so it’s no wonder they fall prey to same old traditions, beliefs and propaganda from the meat/dairy industries that the rest of our society does.

However, with public opinion rapidly changing and mounds of scientific research, including personal experience with their own patients, many doctors are seeing firsthand just how powerful a whole-foods plant-based diet can be in not only preventing but reversing many of our top diseases and illnesses including heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, cancer, and more.
