Jicama. Don’t know what the hell it is? It’s a potato-like (minus the carbs,) slightly sweet, low calorie, and  nutrient dense root vegetable that’s traditionally eaten raw, with a sprinkle of chili and lime. Vegan Chocolate Pudding!! WayFare makes all dairy-free and vegan products: sour cream, butters, cream cheeses, savory cheeses, dips and puddings. Not only is everything vegan, it is also double Kosher-certified and soy-, gluten- and palm oil-free (yay!) as well as free of most common allergens and GMOs. Saved the best for last! Vino!  Made by workout enthusiasts who loved wine, but not how they felt the next day, this team set out to upgrade the wine-making process!  To create wines that are clean tasting and rich in flavor and mouthfeel, FitVine Wines put their wines through malolactic fermentation and perform dry fermentation with no residual sugar levels. In doing this, both the Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc have 90 calories and 3g of carbohydrates at 13.4% alcohol (per 5oz glass). The Cabernet and Pinot Noir have 95 calories and 3.4g of carbohydrates at 13.9% alcohol. Any remaining sugar in their wine is only that which is naturally found in the alcohol and is less than 0.2g per 5oz glass.
