Happy Cry Of The Week: Deaf Woman Hears Herself For The First Time Ever

Ready for some morning eye mist?  Sarah Churman is 29 and was born deaf.  She had never heard the sound of her own voice until the moment featured in this video (below).  According to The Huffington Post; “The device she’s received is not a hearing aid. It’s implanted in the middle ear and picks up sound through the ear canal, minimizing background noise and acoustic feedback, according to Envoy Medical.”
