Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of milk of choice (we love almond, hemp, coconut or cashew milk)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp raw honey, or to taste (optional, if vegan replace with vegan honey or date honey)
  • Pinch of black pepper (increases absorption)
  • Tiny piece of fresh, peeled ginger root
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Boil milk and ingredients together for 5-10 minutes. Strain into a cup, and enjoy immediately!
