Four Seasons Beverly Hills Announces Vegan Menu

The world it is a-changing!  Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills just announced a partnership with Spork Foods, an organic vegan cooking school and food company, owned and operated by celebrity chefs (and sisters – plus GGA friends) Jenny Engel and Heather Goldberg.  Spork Foods has created five new vegan and gluten-free menu items for the Hotel’s poolside Cabana Restaurant. Four Seasons selected Spork Foods as their partners due to their immense talent and nation-wide reputation for creating unique and delicious vegan recipes.

The new menu items include red bean veggie burger sliders with a house made beet ketchup; tomato and herb tart with an almond ricotta filling; battered avocado tacos with house-pickled purple onions and lime crema; smoked mushroom skewers with a sun-dried tomato cashew cheese; and maple mustard and ginger glazed tempeh skewers over brown rice couscous.

“We are so excited to partner with Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills on launching new healthy menu items to kick-off the summer,” say Heather and Jenny from Spork Foods.

Spork Foods also offers live vegan organic cooking classes in Los Angeles at Spork Foods, and their cookbook Spork-Fed is currently in stores with a foreward by fellow fans and sisters Emily and Zooey Deschanel.  Heather and Jenny teach all over the world at resorts, universities, corporations and more, reaching approximately 10,000 people a year.  They have been featured in numerous national and local publications, and television shows.
