1 cup fresh organic cranberries
1 cup fresh organic blueberries
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 Tbs. orange zest
¾ cup organic sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Cook until the sugar dissolves and the berries soften, for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, cover and chill.
