Forks Over Knives” is a groundbreaking new documentary featuring

T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D. and Caldwell B. Esselstyn, Jr., M.D. (credited

by former President Bill Clinton for his recent transition

to a plant-based diet), as well as other physicians, researchers

and Farm Sanctuary’s President and Co-Founder Gene Baur.

The film examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of

the so-called “diseases of affluence” that afflict us can be controlled,

or even reversed, through a whole food, plant-based diet.
