Going into its third year in Miami this November 2-6, 2016, Seed Food & Wine is the premiere plant-based festival in the country. Bringing together those interested in fitness, food, wellness and conscious living, SEED is fun and sexy (it is in Miami)—basically the spiciest vegan event ever.
SEED celebrates conscious, sustainable living and plant-based foods, fine wine, craft beer and spirits, lifestyle products and companies, all while raising health awareness, having fun and keeping a sense of humor in glorious sun-soaked Miami Beach and Wynwood. Over 9,000 culinary and conscious living enthusiasts will take part in the five days of the festival.
Among the events taking place during the festival, the SEED Summit (Nov. 3-4th) especially excites us! SEED Summit consists of two days of workshops and panels designed for content creators, bloggers, entrepreneurs and influencers in sustainable and vegan living. Sounds right up our alley! And as if this didn’t already sound perfect enough, each day includes morning yoga and meditation, and an organic plant-based breakfast and lunch, because if we’re on vacation in Miami, we need some pampering too!
Participating speakers will include Marco Borges, best-selling author of The 22-day Revolution and The 22-Day Revolution Cookbook and the trainer for Beyoncé and Jay-Z–let’s be real who doesn’t want Bey’s secret? Also participating are food activist and former firefighter Rip Esseltyn of the Engine 2 Diet, Mary Mattern, LA/NYC-based chef and author of cookbook Nom Yourself: Simple Vegan Cooking and more…
