We’ve spoken before about goddess Kathy Freston, and her mission to change lives – both human and animal with her beautiful spirit and inspiring books.   Now our veggie sister is an EXTRA TV correspondent, and in a recent must-watch interview with Dr. Colin Campbell, she reveals that our diets very well may be toxic! (No, we aren’t talking to you currently sipping a green juice and eating a grapefruit!)

Without hesitation; we cannot recommend reading The China Study more.   It is simply (much like the Bible) a book you absolutely have to read, in it’s entirety, at least once in your life.  The sooner the better!

As noted Doctor, Joel Fuhrman, M.D. says; “The China Study gives critical, life-saving nutritional information for every health-seeker in America. Drawing on the project findings in rural China, but going far beyond those findings, The China Study details the connection between nutrition and heart disease, diabetes and cancer. The report also examines the source of nutritional confusion produced by powerful lobbies, government entities, and opportunistic scientists. The New York Times has recognized the study (China-Oxford-Cornell Diet and Health Project) as the “Grand Prix of epidemiology” and the “most comprehensive large study ever undertaken of the relationship between diet and the risk of developing disease.”   If you care about your body, even an iota, or are a seeker of truth, this book should be on your bookshelf permanently.

    Solid factual book about the vegan diet. Great book to send to any non vegans, its impossible to dispel the science behind it.

    I’m glad the health benefits of the vegeterian/vegan diet are brought out more and more.Once you know what your food can do to your body and your health,you just can’t ignore it!
    Wondering if the book has been translated in any other languages…I’ve read about it and its findings in articles and science/health magazines,but I haven’t read the actual book…
