it gives me a thrill to know i eat all of these on the reg. i need a gold star(fruit)!
Kale chips (especially the cheesy flavored) are DA BOMB! I can’t have bananas so it’s nice to know that one of my favorite foods (that being portobello) can take care of the potassium!

P.S. I ADORE sweet potato!!!
I visited the Veggie Grill with two friends over Christmas and it was delicious! We are a ton of food for under $40. I highly recommend!
Veggie grill needs locations in Pittsburgh, especially in the eastern suburbs like Greensburg, PLEASE! All great tips by the way, all of them are my regulars I am pleased to say.
No. fine No2 Quinoa make sure you buy Ecuadorian its been washed and dried.Quinoa contains saponins
which for want of a better word is soap so if you buy any other types wash 10 times to get the soap out.
TVP highly processed might be GM
Walnuts chinese say they are good for the brain
but not very good for the joints or for the skin
avoid with psoriasis
Agave is highly processed syrup from a succulent
from mexico grows on the apron of the jungle
in Mexico,Ecuador but has more claories than white sugar so use sparingly and buy organic
hope this helps
